MSc Mechanical Engineering · TU Eindhoven
A curious creature with an interest in all things innovation.
I'm Bas, a mechanical engineering student at Eindhoven University of Technology, driven by an insatiable curiosity about how things work and why they matter.
My engineering background gives me the technical depth to understand innovation from the inside out. Besides that you'll find me cooking something ambitious, framing the world through a camera lens, orexploring new places. Curious people make the best problem-solvers, in engineering and everywhere in between.

Completed my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology, graduating with a strong grounding in technical analysis, design, and problem-solving.
Served a full board year at the Federation of Study Associations at TU Eindhoven: representing students, coordinating across associations, and gaining hands-on experience in governance and leadership.
Founded and ran an internal GeoGuessr tournament from scratch, managing logistics, brackets, and participant experience. A surprisingly effective exercise in event management.
Things I've made, captured, or spent too much time on.
